Your primary goal is to drive Acast’s local visibility, generate high-quality media coverage, and help position Acast as an authoritative voice on podcasting, digital audio, the creator economy, and advertising among commercial partners, agencies, and creators in the region.
What you'll do

Thought Leadership & Hands-On Comms Preparation
Supporting the positioning of Acast and its senior executives as industry authorities through tailored pitches, opinion pieces, speaking opportunities, and commentary.
Hands-on preparation of briefing materials, talking points, and media prep for Acast spokespeople ahead of interviews and public appearances.
Working cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, sales, commercial, creative) to extract data, research, and insights for compelling PR stories.
Editorial Content, Social & Events
Driving hands-on content creation for social platforms when required to elevate local podcasts and brand campaigns across social networks, partnering with the global marketing team.
Supporting events and key industry moments, including conferences, podcasting festivals, product launches, and commercial showcases to increase Acast's visibility.
Who you are
3–5 years of working experience in public relations, media relations, or communications (experience working within or with PR/Comms agencies is a strong plus!).
A solid foundation of contacts or demonstrated ability to build strong connections across tech, advertising, entertainment, business, and podcasting media.
High energy and proactive mindset, you love pitching stories, securing coverage, and following up with media.
