Marketing Coordinator
About Acast
Since 2014, Acast has been building the world’s most valuable podcast marketplace, creating the technology that connects podcast creators, advertisers, and listeners. Its marketplace spans more than 140,000 podcasts, 3,300 advertisers, and one billion quarterly listens. Crucially, those listens are monetized wherever they happen—across any podcast app or listening platform.
About the role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join Acast’s growing US team. This is an exciting opportunity to build hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines, from live events and trade shows to social media management and content creation at a company that is defining the future of podcasting. Reporting to the US Event & Trade Marketing Manager, you will play an integral role in bringing Acast’s brand to life in the market. You’ll support the end-to-end execution of B2B events and activations, own the day-to-day management of Acast’s US social media presence, and contribute to content marketing initiatives that position Acast as the industry’s leader.
What you'll do
Event & Brand Marketing Support
On-the-ground execution of Acast’s US event calendar
Assist with end-to-end logistics for sponsored activations, trade shows, and client events including vendor coordination, creative materials, staffing, and on-site support.
Support the development and delivery of co-marketing programs with agency, distribution, and creator partners.
Assist with post-event reporting, pulling data and compiling performance summaries to feed into the team’s ROI and attribution model.
Own the day-to-day management of Acast’s US social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Reddit and emerging platforms), including scheduling, community management, and engagement.
Develop and maintain a social content calendar that aligns with key commercial moments, events, campaign launches, and industry trends.
Create platform-native content including copy, graphics, and short-form video—that reflects Acast’s brand voice and resonates with B2B audiences.
Monitor social performance metrics and share regular reporting with the team, offering recommendations for optimization.
Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep Acast’s presence fresh and relevant.
Content Marketing Creation and publishing of content marketing assets.
Support the creation and publishing of content marketing assets, including blog posts, case studies, event recaps, and thought leadership pieces.
Conduct content capture at events including photography, short-form video, and social-ready clips to fuel always-on and campaign content.
Assist with the production of sales enablement and partner-facing materials, ensuring consistent brand standards.
Collaborate with the PR, Marketing, and Sales teams to identify compelling content angles and repurpose key messages across channels.
Operations & Administration
Manage logistics, vendor communication, and administrative support for events and marketing campaigns.
Maintain marketing asset libraries, templates, and shared resources to ensure the team can move quickly.
Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reporting for event and marketing activities.
Assist with Salesforce data entry and upkeep to ensure event and campaign activity is accurately logged.
Who you are
1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, social media management, or a related field; internships and agency experience are welcome.
A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their work, manages multiple workstreams with ease, and stays organized under deadline pressure across projects.
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different formats and audiences, paired with a good eye for what makes content engaging and a genuine fluency in how B2B brands show up on LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit and X/Twitter.
Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe suite, CapCut, or similar, and familiarity with CRM or project management platforms like Salesforce or Asana is a plus.
A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally, builds relationships easily, and brings creative energy to events, live experiences, and brand storytelling.
A genuine interest in podcasting, media, advertising, or the creator economy.
