About the role
As the Planning Manager for the Nordics, you will hold a pivotal and operational role within our sales organization. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the high-quality delivery of our podcast campaigns while supporting and guiding a team of five.
This position combines team responsibility with a strong hands-on focus. You will be actively involved in campaign planning and execution, working closely with a dedicated Key Account Manager to support the sales team. Additionally, you will ensure a balanced workload across your team and serve as a vital bridge between Planning and the rest of the organization.
What you will do
The responsibilities for this role are centered on leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration, broken down into the following key areas:
Support, guide, and motivate a team of five to ensure best-in-class delivery.
Delegate tasks and manage workflows to ensure a balanced and fair distribution of assignments between Key Account Managers and Planners.
Stay closely involved in day-to-day operations by supporting a dedicated Key Account Manager and leading podcast campaigns from briefing to final reporting (approximately 80% of the role).
Represent the Swedish Planning team in meetings with new partners and podcast creators.
Act as a link between the Planning team and other departments, sharing updates and changes
Build strong relationships with clients and podcasters as part of the Planning team to ensure a best-in-class campaign experience with the Nordic sales team.
Represent the Planning team internally and play a key role in the rollout and adoption of new systems and tools.
Who you are

You demonstrate a hands-on "doer" attitude with high productivity and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
You possess relevant experience in campaign management, media planning, or project management.
You showcase exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, Keynote or Google Slides, and various project management systems.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
You have a genuine passion for podcasts, content, and storytelling across multiple platforms and channels.
Location
While we do operate with a high degree of trust and flexibility for our employees, the expectation for this role is to be present in our Stockholm office three days a week. Candidates should be within a commutable distance to accommodate this schedule.
