About the role
You will ensure the seamless execution, monitoring, and delivery of advertising campaigns from sales closure through post-buy analysis. Your primary focus is to guarantee pacing compliance, material quality, and coordination with production while providing continuous visibility to the sales team.
In this position, you will be responsible for three key areas: Campaign Activation, ensuring all opportunities are correctly loaded and briefed; Production & Vetting, coordinating with creators and podcasters to secure high-quality materials within strict SLAs; and Optimization & Reporting, monitoring real-time delivery and providing transparent data to stakeholders.
What you'll do
Receive and validate closed opportunities from the sales team, including media plans and billing data.
Generate traffic orders and load campaigns into internal tools such as Monday and Salesforce.
Coordinate activation to ensure all elements, including briefs and formats, are ready for launch.
Request and follow up on materials with podcasters and producers for scripts, mentions, and recordings.
Manage delivery timelines within a 48h SLA and escalate delays when necessary.
Coordinate reviews and revisions between the client, sales, and production teams.
Execute vetting processes with creators and podcasters to validate inventory and alignment.
Deliver vetting reports to the sales team on time and in the required format.
Monitor campaign pacing and delivery in real time to detect deviations and propose adjustments.
Generate and automate weekly campaign reports using standardized formats in Google Sheets.
Centralize communication within defined channels to maintain a clear trail of approvals and status updates.
Act as the primary coordinator between sales, administration, finance, and production.
Who you are
2-4 years experience in Ad Operations, Media Planning, or Campaign Management within digital agencies, publishers, or media platforms.
Experience managing digital campaigns, ideally within audio, podcast, video, or programmatic sectors.
Comfortable working across functional teams, including sales, production, and finance.
Skilled in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), project management software (Monday or Asana), and Google Sheets or Excel.
A solid understanding of pacing, delivery, campaign KPIs, traffic flows, and media production.
High capacity for organizing and monitoring multiple simultaneous campaigns.
