When you join the Acast Sales team, you’re stepping into the heart of the podcast economy, and will play a vital role in connecting brands with the creators they love.
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with media agencies and direct advertiser clients. This role focuses on driving revenue, delivering strategic media solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of podcast advertising campaigns from planning through post-campaign reporting.
The ideal candidate is strategic, collaborative, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced digital media environment.
Compensation range: $85K-$95K annual + bonus
What you'll do
Manage and grow a portfolio of agency and direct advertiser accounts
Develop strategic account plans to drive consistent year-over-year revenue growth
Respond to client briefs with thoughtful, commercially viable proposals
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, Ad Operations, Finance, and Content teams
Oversee campaign execution from IO through delivery and reporting
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights
Identify upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accounts
Present campaign results and marketplace insights confidently to clients
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and revenue forecasting
Who you are
2–5+ years of experience in media, advertising, digital sales, or account management
Strong understanding of digital media and ideally podcast/audio advertising
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data and reporting
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Monday.com, Notion etc.
Passion for audio, storytelling, and evolving media trends
