Associate Partner Manager
About Acast

Its marketplace spans more than 140,000 podcasts, 3,300 advertisers, and one billion quarterly listens. Crucially, those listens are monetized wherever they happen—across any podcast app or listening platform.
About the role
Join the team at Acast and help shape the future of podcasting. Acast is the powerhouse behind some of the world's most successful audio and video podcasts, a trusted partner to creators across every genre and audience. We proudly work with global sensations like Off Menu, Help I Sexted My Boss, History Hit, That Peter Crouch Podcast, Happy Place and Football Ramble, alongside world-leading publishers such as The Guardian and The Economist, and cutting-edge producers from Audio Always to JamPot Productions. When you join Acast, you’re stepping into the heart of the creator economy.
We are seeking two driven, detail-oriented, and ambitious Associate Partner Managers to join our dynamic UK & Ireland Content department in London. Each APM will be responsible for nurturing a selection of our most exciting and promising shows.
These entry-level roles are perfect for those passionate about media and ready to launch a career in the fast-paced world of podcasting. If you're excited by creators, new media formats, and helping talented producers thrive, this is your opportunity.
Podcasting is constantly innovating, and as an APM, you will be integral to ensuring our podcasters maximise every platform available to the – from core audio to video, long-form series to short-form social content, and even live shows and subscriptions. Acast is at the forefront of all these opportunities.
You must love the speed and ever-changing nature of this rapidly expanding industry. You will demonstrate not just a strong understanding of the current podcast landscape, but a genuine intuition for where media and content creators are heading next.
As a vital member of the Partnerships team, you will act as the crucial bridge between creative vision and commercial success. You will ensure that new launches and growing shows are perfectly positioned to reach their full commercial potential. You will work closely with creators and collaborate with Acast teams across the UK and the world, making sure our podcasts benefit from global best practices, succeed across our 15 markets, and are perfectly positioned for our premium advertising marketplace.
Associate Partner Managers will lead the planning, execution, and innovation of imaginative launch strategies and continually find new ways to drive sustained growth. Critically, these efforts will always be grounded in commercial opportunities, balancing the importance of revenue earned with reach gained.
This role is all about building and nurturing strong relationships, so we are looking for applicants who are exceptionally personable, deeply motivated, and superbly organised. You will be a central point of contact for a selection of podcasters and networks, meaning you’ll thrive on navigating Acast’s global teams and processes. While many of our team are creators themselves, this role is explicitly designed for future business leaders and relationship managers, not aspiring creators or producers.
Above all, you must love podcasts.
What you'll do
Build and manage relationships with current and future podcasters in the UK – from top-tier talent and major networks to innovative production companies and ambitious bedroom podcasters.
Ensure Acast's global sales teams are fully equipped with the information and assets needed to successfully monetise your portfolio of podcasts, actively helping to create compelling sales materials.
Guide creators through launching new shows, providing editorial insights where needed, and helping them implement cutting-edge audience growth strategies.
Serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for our podcasters, efficiently directing their queries to the right specialist team within Acast.
Generate and share ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and market research with both podcasters and colleagues.
Occasionally support Development Managers in pitching to potential new podcast partners.
Flawlessly guide and assist podcasters through the technical integration into Acast's world-leading systems.

You will be based in our vibrant London office and report to the UK & Ireland Content Director.
Acast champions flexible working, with no expectation of a set number of days in our Shoreditch office each week.
