Key responsibilities
Provide strategic regional leadership, support and mentorship for the Ad Ops team across North America
The role will focus on excellence in campaign delivery and you will oversee all aspects of the post sales process for our Advertisers and Creators, executing and scaling campaign operations through automation and structured workflows
Liaise with local Sales Leadership across multiple markets on new Ad-Ops related processes, product launches, ensuring that tools and systems develop to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving commercial environment
Project manage ad operations initiatives and act as a main regional point of contact for Product Managers, Engineering and other key stakeholders when needed for new product launches and the ongoing development of Acast’s proprietary ad platform.
Work closely with Finance in managing the end of month billing and reconciliation process, resolving discrepancies and answering related queries
Partner closely with Revenue Ops to prioritize inventory yield and utilization, advising commercial teams on appropriate targeting and pricing approaches.
Expert support on all aspects of technical ops; troubleshooting across all delivery channels, Direct/PG/PMP/video, advising on advanced targeting and measurement solutions and providing domain expertise externally for Acast’s clients and partners.
Partner closely with the wider Global Ad Ops team to maintain and update training documentation for internal and vendor teams, ensuring consistency in process and knowledge sharing across all local teams and related stakeholders
Who you are
You have a minimum of five years of experience in digital advertising including time spent in an Ad Ops leadership or management role.
You possess an advanced understanding of all aspects of advertising operations, ad-serving technology, DSPs/SSPs, measurement and attribution technologies, and have proven experience providing technical support to high performing digital sales teams.
Although not essential, knowledge of audio/podcast-specific ad operations processes and technology is strongly preferred, similarly experience with video is a plus.
You balance autonomy with and collaboration; you like working as part of a diverse, global team and liaising with multiple stakeholders but are also a driven self-starter who can operate effectively with a high degree of independence.
Confident in presenting updates and representing the ad ops function to varied stakeholders across teams and regions within the business
You will be responsible for the leadership and management of a combined remote/hybrid team, as such you will have a high degree of emotional intelligence to effectively support and develop individuals in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
You enjoy data storytelling; You have strong Excel / Sheets skills and you’re comfortable using business intelligence tools to generate actionable insights and produce in-depth analysis to answer unique and potentially complex business problems.

Compensation range: $135K-$145K annual + bonus
