What you´ll do
- Manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of media agencies and direct advertisers.
- Collaborate with our Group Business Director, Creative team, and Content team to ideate and deliver bespoke podcast advertising solutions.
- Build and execute strategic territory plans that drive consistent, year-on-year growth.
- Partner with Campaign Managers, Ad Ops and Finance to ensure a smooth pre and post-sales experience for clients and podcasters alike.
- Respond to briefs with creativity, insight, and commercial acumen, developing proposals that deliver on client objectives.
- Analyse performance, deliver campaign reporting, and uncover new upsell opportunities.
- Represent Acast in-market — presenting, pitching, and educating partners about the power and potential of podcasting.
Who you are
- Proven experience in media sales or account management, ideally in audio, digital, or social media.
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills — you’re confident in communicating with clients at all levels.
- A strategic mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and turning insights into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and campaign reporting tools.
- A genuine passion for audio, storytelling, and creators.
- Bonus points for experience working with influencers, content creators, or social media platforms.
