About the role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive People Partner to join our dynamic People team in Stockholm. This is a crucial role where you will act as a trusted partner and coach to our managers across the globe. You will be their primary point of contact, providing expert guidance and support across the full spectrum of people-related matters.
Your mission is to empower our managers to build high-performing, engaged, and healthy teams. You will be instrumental in driving our people processes and initiatives, ensuring they are implemented effectively and contributing to a positive employee experience. This is a fixed-term position, covering a period of leave until March 2027.
What you´ll do
Manager Partnership & Coaching: Act as the dedicated People partner for managers globally. Provide proactive coaching, advice, and support on all personnel-related issues, helping them to lead their teams with confidence.
Performance Management: Guide managers through our performance management cycle, including goal setting, continuous feedback, performance reviews, and development planning. Provide support and frameworks for addressing underperformance constructively.
Employee Wellbeing: Champion employee wellbeing initiatives and act as a point of contact for managers on sensitive topics. Equip managers with the tools and knowledge to support their team's mental and physical health and foster a sustainable work environment.
Resource Planning & Talent Mapping: Collaborate with managers and the People Director to understand future team needs. Support with resource planning, identifying skill gaps, and mapping internal talent to support career growth and succession planning.
Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for complex personnel queries and employee relations cases. Provide sound, pragmatic advice in line with Acast's policies and local legislation, escalating to the People Director where necessary.
People Processes & Policies: Ensure our People policies and procedures are understood and applied consistently. Support the continuous improvement of our processes to ensure they remain relevant and effective in a global context.
Collaboration: Work closely with the wider People team (including People Operations and Talent Acquisition) to deliver a seamless and holistic employee experience.
Who you are
You have proven experience in a similar role, such as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, ideally within a fast-paced, international tech or media company.
You are a natural coach with a passion for empowering managers and developing talent.
You have a strong understanding of the core pillars of the employee lifecycle, with demonstrated expertise in performance management, employee relations, and wellbeing.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels across different cultures.
You are a pragmatic problem-solver, able to navigate ambiguity and handle sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
You have a solid understanding of Swedish labor law, and experience working in a global context is highly advantageous.
You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Swedish is a strong asset.
