About the role
We’re seeking an experienced NetSuite Engineer to join our Marketplace Infrastructure team. This role focuses on the backbone of Acast’s commercial and financial systems: NetSuite, scalable payments and payouts, and supporting internal and external integrations. You’ll shape the infrastructure that underpins how creators get paid, how revenue flows, and how we scale globally.
What you´ll do
Solution Design: Design and implement end-to-end ERP solutions across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and global payouts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineering managers, and stakeholders in finance, sales operations, engineering, marketing, creator network, and customer success teams, delivering tools and processes that are scalable and effective.
Engineering Excellence: Work systematically to identify areas for improved resilience and effectiveness.
Compliance: Collaborate with our team, IT and Security to make sure our ERP infrastructure meets privacy, audit, and financial regulations, as well as industry standards.
Who you are
ERP & Financial Systems: Experience implementing and scaling solutions across NetSuite OneWorld multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environments.
Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) business cycles, including revenue recognition, with a focus on auditability, segregation of duties, and compliance (e.g., SOX).Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP), SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and Saved Searches.
Strong understanding of system design trade-offs: configuration vs customization, scalability vs speed, and cloud ERP best practices.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse complex dependencies to inform design decisions and measure success.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication, capable of explaining complex concepts across stakeholders.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in distributed agile development teams, delivering features and improvements iteratively, prioritizing people over processes.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (e.g., Computer Science, Finance, Business).
5+ years of ERP engineering, including at least 3 years in NetSuite.
Nice to have
Experience working with systems integrations (internal and 3rd party) via Amazon Web Services.
