About Role
Acast is the world’s leading independent podcast company, connecting brands and creators in fresh, innovative ways. With design at the heart of that mission, we are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our small but mighty global design team. Reporting directly into the VP Brand Design & Creative in London, you’ll be the design point person for our US operations, collaborating closely with our in-house sales teams, the marketing team and the wider Acast ecosystem.
This is a role for a self-starter with exceptional craft: someone who can take a brief and run with it, while also spotting opportunities to raise the bar for design across the business. You’ll take ownership of projects and make informed design decisions day-to-day, while staying closely aligned with the global brand design team.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000 / Yearly

What you´ll do
Pitch Decks: Create high-end bespoke presentations for major clients and partners
Podcast Artwork: Design standout show artwork that captures attention on every platform
Brand Guardian: Champion the Acast brand, identifying and closing gaps in the design system. Develop and maintain templates and toolkits for non-designers
Marketing Collateral: Design social media assets, digital ads, campaign visuals, and email templates
Merchandise & Events: Concept and design for merchandise, client giveaways, live events, launches, and activations
Creative Exploration: Produce design work across multiple styles and identities while maintaining consistency with varying brand guidelines
Collaboration & Communication: Confidently pitch and present your design ideas internally and externally, and contribute to organizational learnings and process improvement
Photography (Bonus): Capture content for events, campaigns, and social channe
Who you are
Experience: 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally from an agency background or in-house creative team
Craft: Exceptional eye for detail, typography, and layout; able to produce polished, high-standard design across formats
Independence: Thrives in a lean team, self-motivated, and confident making design decisions without hand-holding
Versatility: Skilled across multiple design disciplines, from decks to digital to merchandise
Tools: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus). Figma knowledge also welcome
Communication: Strong verbal and visual storytelling skills; comfortable presenting ideas to senior stakeholders and clients
Organisation: Able to juggle multiple projects, prioritise deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure
Collaborative Spirit: While independent, you’re excited to support and connect with teammates across time zones
