About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to fill the role of Account Director in New York City. This position is crucial in driving client success and revenue growth by effectively managing robust client portfolios. Your strategic approach and leadership will empower clients to achieve their advertising goals, leveraging the rapidly expanding podcast landscape.
What you´ll do
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic media plans that align with client objectives.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling advertising campaigns across platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams including content, finance, and ad operations for smooth campaign execution.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and new business within existing accounts.
- Lead post-campaign analysis and reporting to ensure client objectives are met and drive renewals.
Who you are
- Proven experience in account management or related roles within the media or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of digital media, podcasting, and advertising landscapes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
