About the Role
Acast is searching for a dynamic and highly creative Video & Digital Content Producer to join our growing Marketing & Communications team. This role is pivotal in bringing our 2025 communications strategy to life, where you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, social-first video content that showcases our podcasters, advertisers, employees and brand initiatives.
You’ll also support broader content efforts, ranging from visual assets to compelling written copy across platforms. As well as fostering thriving online communities with our audiences on social media.
One day you’ll be grabbing a podcaster in the London studio to shoot entertaining social content, the next you’ll be out in the field capturing content at a bustling industry event, then you’ll be at your desk slicing footage, adding graphics and uploading your work for thousands to see.
You'll be a storyteller, a creative producer, and a community champion, all rolled into one.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Content Creation: Produce, film, and edit short- and long-form video content for Acast’s social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc) and owned platforms that showcases Acast’s value proposition to advertisers and creators.
Bring social-first video skills including filming footage, cutting and arranging footage, adding transitions, music & sound effects, and adding text overlays and captions.
Digital Content Creation: Multimedia digital content including static graphics, gifs, animations, audiograms and more. Repurpose existing content into new formats to maximize reach, engagement and shareability. Coordinate with Brand Marketing and Brand Design to ensure cohesive visuals and messaging across all marketing collateral.
Social Media Management: Manage distribution of video and digital content across Acast's social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X and Threads ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging with followers. Build and nurture online communities of podcast creators and advertisers, fostering dialogue and providing inspiration. Monitor social media conversations and identify opportunities to engage with relevant discussions and trends.
Project Management & Collaboration: Organize and prioritise multiple production timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality. Maintain a well-organised library of footage, assets, final deliverables and other creative assets for future use. Work closely with the Marketing, Communications, and Brand teams to ensure content aligns with overall strategy and campaigns. Collaborate with podcast creators and advertisers to generate content that highlights their success stories and promotes the Acast platform.
Performance Monitoring: Measure the performance of video campaigns and digital content using analytics tools. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (views, watch time, engagement, conversion), offering data-driven insights to optimize future content.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience: 2+ years in a video production, digital content creation or similar role (in-house or agency). Ideally within the media or technology industry.
Video production skills: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality short-form video content for social—from concept to final delivery—from a smartphone. Skills in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premier Pro, Canva) is a plus.
Digital production skills: Ability to create engaging and informative digital-first content including static graphics, gifs, animations, audiograms and more. Proficiency using Canva or Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) is a plus.
Social media expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, content best practices, and emerging trends in digital content. Experience in interacting and building online communities.
Passion for podcasting: A genuine interest in the podcasting industry and Acast's role in its growth.
Strong collaborative spirit: Ability to work effectively within a team and with external partners.
Data-driven mindset: Comfortable using data and analytics to inform content strategy and measure performance.
Bonus Points: Experience working with creators, influencers or podcasters. Familiarity with Acast's platform and services.
